Question: What is the turnaround time once I submit my order?

Answer: We will print your order within 36 hours of receiving it.  We typically ship orders the same day they're printed.

Question:  What if there is a problem with my order?  (A misspelling, wrong print color, print size, etc).  

Answer:  Send us an email.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.  We'll ship a new order or refund your money--your choice.

Question:  Do I receive a "proof" showing my design before you print?

Answer:  Yes.  We will email an image file to you for your review and approval.
