How We Print Them

We use a three step imprinting process on our pocket protectors. 

• First, we print your text or color image using a high resolution inkjet printer onto special decal vinyl that is scratch resistant, waterproof, and printed with ink that resists ultra-violet light fading.

• Second, using a vinyl cutting machine, we cut out your imprinted text or logo image.

• And lastly, we carefully apply your custom decal to your pocket protectors. Our decals have a strong permanent adhesive backing. 

• It's important to know that our imprinting process is a decal "sticker" that is applied directly to the pocket protector.  Your logo or design is not directly printed on the pocket protector, as in screen printing.  Screen printing or direct printing is not feasible in the low quantity orders that we offer.  And we offer full color printing with our imprinting process, something that is not offered with screen printing for small quantity orders.

Note: The decal is designed to be applied once and remain in place. If you pick at or attempt to remove the decal after application, it may become damaged or leave residue on the vinyl. For best results, avoid peeling or picking at the decal to preserve its appearance and the integrity of your pocket protector.
